Server Edition audio issue

Have a Server Edition with all IP phones. They setup remote locations all over and recently opened a new location. The issue is that the users at the new location can extension dial all of the other sites but there's 1 site that they call and cannot hear each other. So the call connects but none of the parties can hear one another. It happens when that site calls the new site as well. The call connects but no audio heard. I'm 99.9% sure this is some kind of blockage on their network but they're insisting that all required ports are open. I've got monitor running but I'm not very good at reading the info from it. Any suggestions ?

look in solution - System Lan 1 - VOIP for the ports.
