The service Avaya Recorder is Stop. Not enable. Help, please.

Click Start.

Seriously, with that level of information are you really expecting any help?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

When I click on start the service is enabled for 15 seconds and then comes back stop.

Again, with that level of information are you really expecting any help?

The chances of a fix at this stage are proportional to the number of clues you provide.

Licenses? Other services? When did it last work? Did it ever work? Voicemail recording okay? Disk space? ....

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Excuse me for not sending more details of the first time I was in traffic.

Able to verify through the SSA (system status) that recordings are ok. There is over 100 GB available disk. The system was working properly until two days ago, however the users began reporting that recordings of calls made to external numbers was not possible to find through the search Avaya Recorder. Getting visuarlizar in / CSIPORec folder that recordings are stored properly. Then performed a reset of the service "Avaya Recorder" Manage the Web. But after stopping the service, it is no longer possible to start the service.

Any questions let me know.

Thank you

I have heard that a lot after Microsoft started the "Bloody tuesday updates", every tuesday they release "Important updates" for their OS systems and sometimes such a update ( which may be necessery and justified from their point of view ) breaks installed software as it use a unsupported way of working which is closed down by the update.
A re-install or update of the software involved mostly solves the problem but sometimes a rollback of the OS updates is necessery.

The system is running on top of linux platform (IP Office Server Edition). I do not believe that this is the problem.

Try to upgrade to R9.0.4 In the Technical Bulletin 171 list Recording Errors resolved (not like the one you comment but maybe... who knows).

The only thing near to your description is this caveat:

IPOFFICE-70007 Unable to start Contact Recorder service on German Application Server when installed from the .iso image

Try it and share your results... I considering upgrade a server with Contact Recording enabled.
