Server Edition 11.1 CTI License no license alarm in SSA 1

Hey folks, we have done a few of these. All the licenses look normal from the order to Synnex. Shows 2 CTI licenses. However when we generated the licenses and look them up in Weblm it shows 2 3rd party API licenses and 2 Wave licenses. Which looks the same as our 11.0. However we can't get the system to pull the CTI license or be assigned. Something we maybe missed?

I can't seem to get a browser to work to manually assign a license to either the primary or secondary either. Any tips on that? When I hit allocate it doesn't let me change anything....
 
Did you enable the license in IP Office manager license tab?
 
I did, went to remote server and assigned it to 1 on the Primary and even took away the secondary assignment... Logged at Avaya now to see further.
