Running Windows 2000 advanced server. It is not communicating with MAS 90 so as to print crystal reports.

Maybe hardware problem but not sure.

Thank you any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could you give us a little more detail, like how long this has been going on, anything in the event logs, etc.

Glen,

Sunny Arizona is about as far east as I've been. But will check out your forum.

Think the problem is in the terminal services on the Windows 2000 advanced server. When I tried to print the following error message popped up:

Crystal Reports Error in File E:
ACCT
MAS 90
Reports
###001
SOW FBA1.RPT
Error in Formula <Last Document>.
'WhilePrintingRecords;'
The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula.
PESETFORMULA(SO_24CRWPICKINGSHEET.WhseCode + (SO_24crwpickingsheetsalesordernumber)=WritePrintingRecords//Lasttem(E:
ACCT
MAS 90
home
solo2001.txt",(SO_24CRWPickingSheet.WhseCode)+(SO_CRWPickingSheet.SalesOrderNumber;//"")

Just to clarify we are trying to print from a remote location.

Any suggestions would be of great help,

Thank you

One way to test if it's TS is to install TightVNC This is a free remote tool that allows you to run a machine from anywhere you have internet access. Install it on your server, then try to print from a remote area. (Keep in mind, since this is remote software, you will be running THE server, just like you were setting in front of it.) Good luck.
