Please help me solve these problems
1. The server that is hosting CCMS (Co-resident with CCMA and CCT) is halted every 3 days.

2. About once a week, three services of CCT (TapiSrv, ACDPROXYService, NCCT TAPI Connector Service) are stopped and then immediately started automatically and continuously.

3. Recently, sometimes only 15 of total 35 services of CCMS worked normally and at that time, CCMS generated many repeated errors in System Event Log of Windows 2003.
The CCMS MAS Time Service service terminated with service-specific error 41506 (0xA222).
The CCMS MLSM_Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s).
The CCMS VSM_Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s).
The CCMS NBTSM_Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 5 time(s).
The CCMS ASM_Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).

Ø In order to deal with problem No. 1, I found that the system resources were accumulatively utilized for License Manager server, therefore, I preventively set schedules to stop and then start the process plicd.exe once a day, in lowest traffic hour.

Ø With problem No. 2 and 3 we have no way to do but restart all services or servers.

Thanks

I have been having a problem with 3 services stopping then sticking in the "starting" state. I don't remember if they're the same as the ones you listed but I'm going to keep an eye on it and next time I go down I'll check but after a restart everything comes up correctly each time.

I just started having this problem after virtualizing my symposium server. I thought maybe that was the issue?

I do not see any. I'm thinking maybe it's because people are making changes in the webgui?

For me VSM & ASM say "starting" in the monitor. TFE says "stopping."

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Those 3 services depend on the ELAN connection to the PBX. You may have a connectivity issue, or you may have incorrect information entered in the Server Setup Config. Either way, your system is not functional in this state.

The issue with the services could be related to "agent assignments" from the webpage. Check if you activate "Agent to skillset assignments" you have the issues with the ELAN services.

Hi all,
- On problem 1: During task, the process plicd.exe (License Manager Service) generates 20 additional handles every second, these non-stop increasing handles occupy server's resources quickly and heavily then make the server halted. Windows operating system could properly work only for 3 days between 2 consecutive restarting. 2 daily schueduled tasks: "stop" and "start" were created, on 1:00 AM and 1:02 AM respectively everyday, these 2 scheduled tasks will be launched automatically to decrease the number of "handles" of the process plicd.exe
- Windows server 2003 R2 only updated to SP2

However, I have resolved these problems. Cause of problems is ntdll.dll is not updated. I update KB956572 and restart server. It's OK

Thanks so much.
