Server 2003

Hello- we have an NT4 domain which we are planning to migrate to AD early next. However we have requirements for Server2003 and SQLserver2000. Does anyone know of any issues with running Server2003 in an NT4 domain? Thanks in advance.

I have been testing 2003 as a member server and have had no problems.
