I'm upgrading BE 8.5 to 8.6 on an NT4.0 server. When it asks for a serial # all other numbers are ok, (agents, idr, ofo, etc) except for the Server edition. I have original serial #'s and Software License Certificate #'s but it doesn't recognise them. Has any one experienced similar, or have a solution?
