Is there a way without creating a new CUST in the system to provide one music source to some sets and a second music source to another set of sets?

Only if there in an ACD group, or you have an 81C with 2 or more network groups

Sorry don't think you can do it then, if they used seperate ROUTS then you could assign the ROUTS different sources.

This particular location has an 11C running 25.40. It is a Symposium site, and in my scripting I have different music sources for different CDN's. What I am concerned about is the non ACD users, they all hear the same music, and there are 2 different brands that cannot agree on a single music source. I think my only recourse is to create a seperate CUST in the system.
