Our client uses CCR and has a DND button programmed to each user where they can select a particular reason code for why they shouldn't be disturbed.
They have asked if it is possible instead of having one DND button where they have to scroll to select the right option they would like multiple DND button's each one is set to only one particular reason code.
So one button for lunch break, another for Break.
Is this possible?
