We have a BCM 4.0 with Call Pilot same. We have 3 groups of pots lines where each group needs to hit a separate CCR Tree - Tree 1, 2 or 3. We have the pilot line pointing to the voicemail DN on each of the lines and the lines assigned to separate auto sttendants with the trees assigned for three separate AA's. All lines when called from the outside say, "the party you are reaching is not available" then it kicks into the recorded voice of Tree 1 Home... the "greeting voice" I entered on the appropriate AA table is not played. Any ideas or methods of doing this? Thanks! The system is setup in a square key mode (no pools) and they want the lines to go staight to the AA/CCR Tree no ringing at desks - so we have only appearances set (no ringing anywhere)

did you tell the system to answer the lines? I forget which menu but with telset programming it's F982.

In the call pilot web admin program > operator settings it says "answer lines": (box is checked) also checked is
attendant available
business open
and attendant is 221.

I tried taking out all the checkboxes except answer lines and mention of an operator and the results are the same. Do I need to change something on the switch side in element manager?

Try taking your Pilot lines off their Appear and Ring at Vmail DN. Just have the prime set on those pilot #'s be the Vmail DN. Leave your AA programming at zero rings.

Yes, checked is yes. Re-check Attndt. Available. Leave Answer Lines checked.

Sounds like you recorded the Custom Auto Attendant Menu prompts instead of the company greeting. Make sure you go to Company Greetings and record the proper greeting for the necessary greetings.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Thanks for helping with this. I successfully got a tree working on an MICS before (one tree). This time on the BCM I also recorded the company greetings.. actually 3, one for each tree. Same greeting across all time slots. It so odd. All calls go to an unknown DN first then bounce to my CCR home recording bypassing the company greeting. Maybe I will look at monitor and see if I can glean where the calls are going when I call in. Also only one tree can be hit even though I explicitly label "lines" in call pilot to hit the separate trees via the greeting table forms. jimv@ipofficetechs.com

I found it!

Our bcm starts out with pots one having a line of 091... in call pilot i assumed the first line would be LINE 1 (same as 091? no as it turns out)... wrong.
I entered the CC stuff on line "91" in call pilot.. yeah you gotta scroll way down for that. And it does as expected now.

Thanks for following up, that's helpful the next time someone asks the experts.
