Sent Items Folder Not Updating

We are using Groupwise 6. Just recently, I have a user who's Sent Items folder is not showing items that they have sent. There are items from the past, but nothing recent. I have deleted and recreated the folder. Also,

I have run, through NWAdmin:
Analyze and Fix Errors
Recreate User Database
Structural Rebuild

When I run the Recreate User Database, the missing items show in the sent items, but then, once again new items sent do not appear.

Any suggestions on what to do to correct this?

I found the following solution:

Never even thought to look there. The user must have inadvertantly changed the setting.
