Senior Moment...I want to refresh a page

I have a button I have placed on a page. The button "on press" forces an action at a particular website via the following link

http://qxyz.com/xxx-cgi/com/yyy.cgi?gotoserverpresetname=homepage.

This works well.

The problem I’m having (apart from having a senior moment) is that I wish to refresh the page this button is on AFTER the above action has taken place. What is the additional script I require to complete this.

location.reload(true);
