Sendmail problem, server not sending to some hotmail accounts

I have a dedicated Linux server that hosts my website. I created an alias a few days ago to point to a hotmail address. I tested it and noticed that the alias is working, however the message was never received by the hotmail user.

Further looking into the problem, I notice that in the mail log, the message says "Queued for Delivery" I am assuming that this is the message my server is receiving from Hotmail.

I use SSH to get a command line on my server, and tried to email that hotmail account directly using PINE. Same thing happens, Message is Queued for delivery, and it never arrives.

I tried emailing my personal hotmail account and it works fine.

My next guess was that hotmail is having a screwy problem with that certain mailbox, so I tried emailing that hotmail account with another email account I have on another domain and it works perfectly.

Seems like the problem is within my server... Anyone have ANY ideas?

Thanks

First, try to separate the logs from sendmail running as MTA daemon and the logs from sendmail invoked for initial submission, to see whether "Queued for Delivery" reply is received by your MTA from hotmail or by MSP from your MTA (use -L commandline switch for that).
Try to increase log level temporarily.
Excuse me for this guess, but is that alias correct (e.g. no typo, no semicolon in the place where the colon must be....)?

The alias is not the problem, as I confirmed I cannot email the specific hotmail account directly. As far as the message "Queued for Delivery", this shows up in the maillog everytime mail is sent to a hotmail address. Like I said before, I am only noticing this problem on one hotmail account, however there may be more than one. The others I have tried are working. I get "Queued for Delivery" even with the accounts that work.

I am beginning to think it may be a hotmail problem, but why would messages sent from my server not arrive in a certain mailbox, when I can email the hotmail user with my ISP email account and it works fine?
