Sending voicemail to all extension 4

Is there any way to send out a voicemail to everyone on the system, so that they all recieve the same voicemail at the same time?

VM Pro 8.1.x
System is 8.1.x

Yeah, basically they want to record a message and have it hit everyones mailbox.

Put them in a group unticked and then have the group set to broadcast the message, then just call the group and leave a message

Send the call to a Huntgroup and use the Broadcast feature on the HG

Calls can be redirected to voicemail. The system allows selection of whether hunt group calls remain in the hunt group mailbox [highlight #FCE94F]or are copied (broadcast) to the individual mailboxes of the hunt group members. When messages are stored in the hunt group's own mailbox, selection of who receives message waiting indication is possible[/highlight].

Broadcast
The voicemail system (Voicemail Pro only) can be instructed to automatically forward messages to the individual mailboxes of the hunt group members. The messages are not stored in the hunt group mailbox.

Now, how do I instruct it to send it to the individual mailboxes only, and not the huntgroup mailbox. It must be automatic?

Yes, unticked otherwise when you call the group to leave the message the handsets will ring which isn't what you want, so you need to untick their box in the group then it will go straight to VM as long you don't have queuing on

Just to let you know, I tested and it works fine. And also, if someone has VM to email, it sends them an email that says "Broadcast Message" on it. I set the voicemail answer time to 5 seconds, so it picks up right away.
