Sending RTF mail Outlook 2002

Does anyone know if you can send RTF messages while blocking HTML messages. I have activated the reg key to convert HTML messages to plain text "READASPLAIN". Our default mail (internal) is RTF. Our RTF messages are now being converted to plain text. Does anyone know of a way around this without having to delete the reg key for Convert HTML to plain text? HELP!! I searched KB but no help was found. "Only those who risk going too far

All,

I found what I think is a fix. In a unrelated KB article. I saw a regkey RTFText. So I replaced the regkey ReadAsPlain with ReadAsRTFText. Its seems to work. I'm going to call MS to make sure this is acceptable. "Only those who risk going too far
