Sending RDC Viewer as E-Mail

arturrc:Set the Export Destination to the appropriate Mail type (MAPI or VIM) and you report will be sent to e-mail as a message not an attachment . You can also include a message at the same time David C. Monks

DCM: Even if I click on button to Export, it shows a dialog box asking me for a Destination (MAPI) and a Format and all the formats I choose it sends to me an e_mail with a file in these Format as attachment. i.e. If I choose RTF format it sends to me an .RTF attachment.
