Hi,

I have a mailbox called FAX that SBS sends incomming faxes into. The FAX inbox is shared and all users can open it but when they try to forward a fax mail to someone they get a message

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

John Doe on 4/24/2007 2:28 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=domain:server

I have opened the security tab for the FAX user and granted Domain Users Send AS permission, logged off and back on but still cant send.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Having you removed the 'send as' deny on the mailbox store itself??? The default permissions would set a deny on the send as and receive as rights.
