Hi

I've missed a couple of meetings recently and thought it would be excellent if I could find a way of forwarding my Outlook Calendar to my home every evening so that I don't miss meetings when I've not been into the office for a couple of days. I've seen a COM addin that forwards reminders to an email address which may well be my solution but wondered if anyone had any other ideas on how to achieve this kindof thing?

Thankin you

Can't remember the exact details and I don't have Outlook here but I am sure you can save the calandar as HTML and the send that file

You will need to fill in dates but that should do what you want

Hi there, I tried saving the calendar as a web page but it created about 10-15 files in total, how do I save into one file only?

Thanks

Peter

Just tried and it saved as one file, I only selected one month so it may crete a file per month. Also, I was in 31 day view.

This is what I do:

1. Click File->Import and Export...
2. Select Export to a File and click Next
3. Select "Personal Folder File (.pst) and click Next
4. Select the Calendar from the list and click Next
5. Browse for the folder where you want to save the "backup"
6. Select one of the options and click Finish
7. Set Encryption and a Password if necessary and press OK

At home, simply Import the "backup" to your Outlook

1. Click File->Import and Export...
2. Select Import from another program or file
3. Select "Personal Folder File (.pst) and click Next
4. Browse for your "backup", set the options and press next
5. select the Calendar from the list, set the options and press Finish.

Peace! [peace]

Mike

Didn't get the answers that you wanted? Take a look at FAQ219-2884

Thanks for the input so far, my intention is to creat the calendar and be able to email it to my staff for viewing purposes only, I tried doing it for one month and saving it as webpage but it still creates 10 files or so. I like the pst file idea but would make it too difficult for the end user. Please help.
