How can I take information from one page (i.e. variable information) and send it to another page?

I have a "filter" page that a customer narrows the information, and then when they click a button I want a "printer-friendly" page to pop up with the narrowed info.

Is this a web forms question, or a win forms question?

Use Session or Application states to store data depending on your need. (If you are referring to a web project)

Now that I think about it, I don't know how big your 'narrowed' information is...and Session states with large amounts of data can effect performance.

Couple of many different ways to get information from page to page: XML, databases, or Server.Transfer method.

The server transfer method may be a fun way to solve your problem since it opens a page while retaining the original page's ViewState. However, you must disable hashing for this method and that could cause security problems.

Also Chip H. hit a good point, your question really isn't well defined enough to be sure that this is a question about webforms...I am just guessing. If your question is about winforms, then use a module with public variables or build a class.
