all, I used to know this but it's been years and I don't know where the setting resides in CM. I know how to add an email server in Aura Messaging but where do you add the email server in CM so that your PBX can send emails to specific people or distribution groups?

I just want to log in to CM, add the POP3 or IMAP server so that CM can send me trunk reports. you would think this is easy but I've been searching for 30 minutes and can't seem to find this information.

thanks in advance...

Can’t do it in the web gui. Gotta use site administration on a dedicated pc/server. Doing it that way isnt great though. You are better off doing an snmp poll/traps of the trunks/channels such as netcool or solar winds.

System Manager by plain old smtp. It can run cm reports and either email a CSV or store them on a network share and append each time.

Kule, would you have more information on this - I can't seem to find a good way to get started.
Can SMGR run CM reports (like list measurements) and email these?

I am, looking, but I think need help.
Any document describing this? Any pointers appreciated.

Bad link, but I will find it. Thanks!
