I have a number of emails I need to send however I need to use OWA to send them out as I am not in the office which means I can't sign into MS Exchange.

Is there a way to adust the MS Access default coding which appears when I create a "SEND TO" button on my form that will direct Access to use OWA rather than outlook to send the emails? I can connect to my email accoutn via OWA or via VPN but when I use either Outlook will not open. Am I stuck with waiting until Monday when I am in office and can connect directly to the network and then use Outlook or is there some adjustment I can make to the Access code which will allow Access to use OWA for sending the emails - I have several thousand emails to send to staff so would like to get it done on the weekend.

Any help or alternative methods wiould be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Robert

DocumentBurster - is an alternative which can send Microsoft Access reports by email and does not require Outlook. In addition it is easy to setup the software to send reports by email and this can be done without any kind of coding - being it VBA coding or other type of coding.

Were you able to find an answer to this? I can't, or don't understand how to, use any of the solutions presented so far because the only information I have about Outlook Web Access is the website address, my user id, and password.

I can't install any additional software and don't have access to specific server information like what is needed by the solutions above.

As an example I had trouble trying to get an email extension on Chrome to work until I could find one (OWA Chrome Companion) that allowed me to use the actual website address rather than server names/ports.
