Dear Sirs,

In our enterprise exchange 2003 server we have several public folders with e-mail addresses (such us the support public folder with the support@xxxx.com e-mail associated, for the technical support team).

When the public folders users send an e-mail the address used is their personal one. How could I configure these users to send e-mail using the public folder address (for example when answering and incoming mail to the support folder)??

Thank you for your help!
Bye.

If the address for the PF shows up in the GAL, grant them SEND AS rights to the folder. When they need to send from the PF, have them choose the address from the GAL in the FROM field of Outlook. They'll have to turn that on by clicking VIEW>FROM FIELD in the message.
