Our CTI application uses the DNIS number that comes in with our toll free numbers to identify a specific customer account and auto populate their information on the agents screen. This works fine when the calls come in to our G3r at our main call center location. We've recently added a 2nd location that is used for overflow and load balancing that currently has a G3si (soon to be upgraded to another G3r). The problem is that if a call is sent to the second PBX over a DS3 tie line, that the original DNIS number is lost and the CTI application at the 2nd location doesn't know what customer information to apply to the screen pop. For it to work, the CTI application has to see the orginal DNIS number.
Is there a way to pass the original DNIS number to the second PBX and have it use it rather than the VDN number that the call is sent to over the tie line?
Thanks
Mike
