Sending an Email Within An Intranet....

We have an Intranet and I need the facility to send the same email to the same people regularly.

Ideally, the users would click on a graphic and this would then ask the user to submit the email. This would then send an email template to the specified users.

Can this be done using Dreamweaver? - I am new to the site, and would appreciate any help/advice..

A text link would be

<a href=&quot;mailto:a@b.com, b@b.com, c@b.com?Subject=Subject of Email&body=Your email text here.&quot;>Subject of Email</a>

This can easily be adapted to use an image for the link. By inserting your image, selecting it and adding a Go To URL behaviour with the following as the URL.

="mailto:a@b.com, b@b.com, c@b.com?Subject=Subject of Email&body=Your email text here."

Without the quotes.

Not the cleanest way but the simplest.
