We have an IPOffice 500V2 R11.0.4 where they use Call Forwarding to external number. When the external destination rings, they see the company's own number instead of the number of the original caller.
Anyone has an idea where to change that?

With a PRI and Mobile twinning.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Using Mobile Twinning is giving the same result, so i guess it is the same settings i can't find for Call Forwarding to External. I know it are some SIP Line Settings, but since there are so many differences between R11 SIP line settings and R10 ( and earlier ) SIP line settings i don't know what settings i need to change.

In the URI settings you can select what to show for Forwarding/Twinning.

Normally you set Local URI to Original Caller, and then you have PAI or Diversion with Caller depending on what the service provider wants for billing.
