Sending a Html Newsletter in an Email..Urgent

Hi all,
Have a little problem here i know its something easy to do so 'cos i had seen lots pple doing it...
I'm currently using outlook express and i would like to send a newsletter in html format out to my client and ensure that she's able to view the newsletter html full body once she open the email. Its works jus the same as normal newsletter e.g norton virus newsletter , cash & win newsletter ...

Any idea how i can embed the html in my email? pls help ....

Thanks alot for you guys help... but i still have a little problem here i hope its not too much from me.. Er well..after i copied the whole html in my email some of the graphics and background tile were distorted and the tables shifted.. any idea whats going on?

Oh i finally figure it out!..sorry to bother you guys... whatever i see in my own email will not be able to reflect but after i sent it to my client she's able to view everything nicely in place...

another tips : background tile is not viewable so try not to ve background tile...
