We have a need to send calls to voicemail that go into a 5 digit agent
ID to a 4 digit voicemail box in a Intuity Audix. We have supervisors
who use 4 digit DID's and all our our agents are now using 5 digit ACD
logon ID's, but some need voicemail. We want to avoid using VDNs &
Vectors because we need to keep those resevered for call routing from
customers. Has anyone encountered this and what are some possible
solutions? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
