You can specify email addresses in the Sender Filtering
under Exchange/Global Settings/Message Delivery
We like to add some adresses (spam) there and as a test
I addded my own private mail address.
After this you enable filtering in the virtual SMTP server.
When I mail from my private account I stil recieved them
at my company mail account, even if I block everything
from my ISP provider by adding *@mail.com to the sender
filtering.
To me it looks like it is not working.
Who knows more about this
Thanks so far,
/Ben

Did you restart the SMTP service?

No I didn't restart the smtp server. So let me do that.
No still no filtering, mail is passing through.
So now what?

Check this KB article to make sure you configured the filter correctly.
