Ok, I'm sure i've seen this before, but for the life of me i can't figure out the keywords to search that brings up anything helpfull

On one particular printer Outlook would randomly crash when printing tasks sorted by catagory.. Now recently it's started to actually disable the send recieve button .. to fix it I tried..

1) removing re-adding the email account
2) repairing the pst with scanpst
3) deleting and re-adding the profile (added back old pst)

#3 worked the last time, however this time it doesn't.. i've done all the above and she still cannot receive email to this profile .. I'm not sure what else to do, noone else on the terminal server is affected.. and her 4 other profiles are fine.

any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks for the thread, I am doing that now actually

I wanted to avoid doing that, because I would have to kick everyone off outlook on the terminal server mid business day .. I'm doing the detect and repair right now .. as it's lunch it was easier to kick people out .. hopefully it'll resolve the issue

Ok, just an update..

Detect and repair did not work .. I had deleted and recreated the profile .. it did not work ..

so I decided to create a new profile with a different name then delete the old one... and it worked fine ..

 .. i dunno

repairing the PST and doing a repair from outlook didn't work .. all seems to be well now tho..
