hi all,
when we dial-out, the calling party sends it's number to the called party.

When I CallForwardAll an internal number to an external number, and that internal number is dialed from external,
the called party sees anonymous.

Mitel number 1 -> call fwfd all to cellphone 2
cellphone 3 -> 1 -> 2. Then 2 sees anonymous.
How can I send a number (i.e. the number of 3, the main mitel number or ext of phone 1")?

If you use SIP trunk try the following SIP Peer Profile options:

- Public Calling Party Number Passthrough --> YES
- Use Original Calling Party Number If Available --> YES

With ISDN it is not possible.

The feature is called A party Call forwarding. Not all Telco supports this feature or is disabled by default as it can be used for toll fraud.
Mitel_Specialist is correct with the parameters within the SIP peer, however, this is subject to the Telco allowing the feature.

If you are using an MBG for SIP proxy, you can also try LUA scripting to achieve this function.

Thanks Mitel_specialist and Valamagules,

I found out that I used a ARS Route to a SIP trunk in the SIP Peer profile, which had 'CPN restriction: yes'.
When I configured the ARS Route to use the other -with CPN restriction-, it worked:)

Yup, worth checking configuration 3x before posting it here.
