Send newsletter

Hi,

I created a form in my webpage for a newsletter and I already have some users and now I need to send some information for them.
I want to send a mail for some hundreds of users. What software can I use for that? Is it possible to make that with outlook?

Yes you can, but you should check with your ISP, their systems may think you are sending spam.
You create a spreadsheet or something, containing the e-mail addresses. Next you can create an Outlook Form or Word document, which is your newsletter and do a mailmerge.

If you want to send email to hundreds of users, yes MS Outlook can do the job but the emails won’t be personalized. I mean all of the users will get the same email witch can be quite annoying. I recommend using Outlook with an add-in like Easy Mail Merge for Outlook. It will help you to send mass emails and to personalize your email even if you send to over 200 people.
