I am having trouble sending calls to Voice protal and launching the correct application. I have an original VDN/Vector in the Avaya PBX CM 5.2. It simply is a yes/no question 10000 (These are fake vdn numbers used for example). The first question is sent to vdn 10001 and the no is sent to vdn 10002. 10001 should launch the yes application and 10002 should launch the no application. It appears that the vru is seeing the originating VDN/DNIS 10000. I have tried converse-on and a simple route to and neither works. I can call the 10001 directly and it works and I can call from outside or use a route to pointed to the full external number and it works. This is a waste of resources, so is there a way to make the call deliver the last DNIS/VDN with an internal transfer?

Solution:
"VDN Override for trunk ASAI messages" is set to "all"

Important: The VDN Override for ISDN Trunk ASAI Messages feature is activated for an
incoming ISDN/PRI call when the call is routed to a VDN that has the VDN
Override for ISDN Trunk ASAI Messages? field on page 2 of the VDN form set
to y. When this feature is activated for a call, it remains in effect for the call
regardless of the VDN Override for ISDN Trunk ASAI Messages? field setting
for any subsequent VDNs to which the call is routed.

Hi

You should in VDN 10000 set Allow VDN Override to Y.
And on 10001, 10002 Allow VDN Override to N.

I believe it'll help
