send fax to fax machine

need help for folowing case :
Customer aske why it take long time to send fax from the callpilot RLS 5 to fax machine ?? ( it vary , from 2 to 10 minutes ) .

Thanks PERRYPJ , it has 6 channel for voice and 2 for fax , and till now we just connect one unifiead fax messaging for training , no high traffic on it .
By the wat think there is no specific wat to assign this channel for voice or fax , it comes by default as what License we have ?? is it that tru ??

Open the BCM monitor and track the progress. Try sending a test without the cover page. just test. is it a custom cover?
