I went from frame relay to 3 T1's with VPNs. So each server started just sending out email direclty instead of through the main server where all the mail comes in. Had a few little issues at the beginning delivering to aol and hotmail because of SMTP authentication, I listed both other IP addresses and had been good to go. Now all of a sudden Spamhaus has listed my email addresses from the plants because that IP address doesn't resolve to my Domain name. So I would like to make the secondary servers send email out through the main server again. I can't think of how to do it at all though! Please Help, thanks!

All you have to do is create a connector that will take all email and forward it to the server you want to handle the outbound email. The address space for this connector will be just a * symbol.

On the other server, you have to make sure that it is set-up to allow the first server to relay email.

Good luck,

thanks for the response. You wouldn't happen to have a link to directions would you?

You could have also created a DNS A record for each locations IP address, and then created a PTR record with each ISP that corresponds to the appropriate A record. However, lhuegele's solutions is the better of the two. You should also look into creating an SPF record if you haven't done that already.
