Send Document to User

I have a report that I am sending to a group of users, thru File => Send To => User...

If I send a file, then make some changes and send it again, the user gets a prompt that they have received 2 files from users. Will both versions of the file be out there now? If they pull in the second, then the first, will the old one overwrite the new one? If so, can the user just delete the old file, without deleting the lastest one?

Basically, I'd like to find out how the whole send to users thing works. Is there a copy in the repository for each user? If a user deletes their document, does it delete that document for everyone? etc. etc.

In that case User will have two copies of the document.
After retriveing the first copy, if the the user try to retrieve the latest copy, bo will ask them that the file already exists whether to overwrite it or not.

If they say no, will they still receive the message that they have received docs from users each time they log in?

If they say no to that messge, bo will prompt to change file name. If they cancel this part, login again, will receive the message that you have 1 document to reterive

Or get the person who runs the supervisor module to regularly clean out users inbox's.

I don't see that option. I do see Purge Inbox Documents, but it is disabled. Any ideas? I'm running ver. 5.1.

That's it.

Are you the General Supervisor? I'm not sure, but perhaps you need that privilege to perform maintenance like that.

I'm not fully sure what level my rights are. I have the rights to create supervisors and such (typically for our dapartment). However, I do not have God rights, there is another level of rights above me. I think I'm just going to have the users delete anything they have up to this point, since there will be another version of the report sent out soon.
