Send Certain traffic out using a different IP address

We need to send our email traffic out via a different IP address from our range to the IP address of the firewall.
Can this be done with the watchguard and if so how

Do you mean you want to send email from a mail server, from another IP address other than the one you collect on?

2 Ways - You could use your own SMTP server to send via one of your ISP provided IPs, Or you could send via a 3rd party SMTP server?

Could you explain a bit more exactly what your trying to achieve.
