Send Calls deactivating itself? Is that possible??? 2

Has anyone ever experienced the "Send Calls" feature, on an Avaya 6400 series phoneset, deactivating on its own? Our switch here is a Definity G3r release 10 and we have an idividual who swears her phone's send calls deactivates on its own, on a daily basis. My counterparts and myself don't believe her but we can't say that it doesn't happen either. Could this be an issue with the actual phoneset? Any input or comments would be appreciated! Thank you
 
No, it can not.

But soemone could be pulling her leg with the remote acces option or a send all calls button for her extension number.

Be sure that the calls are routed as:
forward all calls / forward when busy / busy don't answer...

what you can do to test is log in to the system admin terminal and after setting the send-calls feature on her phone (after hours so you know shes not there to change it.) status the station and see if sac is activated, if it is then go home and in the morning check it before she comes in by status station again to see if sac is still active or if it was turned off.
