Has anyone ever experienced the "Send Calls" feature, on an Avaya 6400 series phoneset, deactivating on its own? Our switch here is a Definity G3r release 10 and we have an idividual who swears her phone's send calls deactivates on its own, on a daily basis. My counterparts and myself don't believe her but we can't say that it doesn't happen either. Could this be an issue with the actual phoneset? Any input or comments would be appreciated! Thank you
