Esteemed,
I have a problem here that is already taking my sleep.
In the client I serve, they have an Avaya Aura 6.3, and the connection to the PSTN is made through an E1 (R2 / MFC) Gateway G450.
Problem:
When I call an extension that has an active diversion (follow me) instead of sending the extension number as ANI it sends the number that originated the so-called example:
3333-3333 calls extension 9000 and extension 9000 is forwarded to 4444-4444 instead of sending ANI 9000 he sends 3333-3333, I would like to know how do I configure the solution to send the extension number as ANI.
