send all calls, ringer cut off

Quick question. We have a s8720 that we administer via ASA from our desktops, and when ringer cut off or send calls is activated on a phone, I am unable to remove the station without first running over to the phone and canceling these features. Is there a way to administer this from the terminal w/o having to physically walk to the phone? Thanks,

Check your Feature Access Codes (cha fea) for Remote Send All Calls Activation/Deactivation.

This can be done via a FAC. But you will need to set yourself up with a phone with console permissions in your COS.
