send agent install failed

one network under domain.
initially agent functionned.
now, new added stations have not antivirus installed.
how can i do? :-(

i've tried using deployment task. no results...

It's not clear if is there any agents installed on client machines?...

If you want to push agents from the ePO console you need to do one of the following:
1) Starp ePolicy Orchestrator service with tha account name which is administrator on local machines(typically Domain Admin group member)
2) Send agent install providing account name and password in Send_Agent_Install box.

NB! - workstations to whom you want to send agent install must be "visible" from server side so check DNS,WINS settings on the server.

agent is installed on machines, but antivirus wont startup after logon (no splash screen).
i tried to wake up...no results.

i explain: in my domain initially were 250 clients (antivirus correctly installed on these machines).
now we've added new clients and the epoconsole can send agent & wakeup to these machines....but when i analize them i discover that antivirus does not function (no splashscreen on clients, no icon in tray).
