send a message to all users

I would like to send a message to all users, which are connected to the weblogic before I shutdown the weblogic. What's the easiest way to do it?

This would have to be a function of your application. Weblogic is just an application server and isn't really controlling what your users are seeing. That's the job of your application.

If you know who your users are and maintain a mailing list, you could email them that it's going down, but they would only catch that if they had their mail client up and noticed the email coming in.

Bottom line is no, there's no easy way to notify users before shutting the server down.
