Send a Delayed Broadcast Message

Hello I am wondering if there is a way to send a broadcast message out on a specific day at a specific time. For instance, can we record a message today and send it out on May 2nd at 7:00 am?

I believe I have the answer. You need to tag the message, for timed delivery.
