Hi,

I updated my IPO Primary Server from 11.1.1.0.0 build 209 to 11.1.1.1.0 build 18.
Beside some serious issues (VMpro disconnection and erased MM records) I still got no WM Self Admin page.
So I installed a new IPO SE instance in VM, made brief net config and opened it's Web page.
As in upgraded server Main Web Administration is working, but Self Admin page is still blank.

I's an new empty clean install. What the hell?

Freakin' 11.1 is an absolute lemon.

If they want to piss off all their existing customers and force them into their lousy cloud system they should just come out and say it and not make their life a phone nightmare until they give in.
I am getting really annoyed with their (non existent) quality control.

Sorry for the rant

Yep. Theres a Web Manager CP for it.
Thanks!

But their DNS seems broken at now (kb.avaya.com).
Does anyone has this patch or know what to fix in index.html? (At least I can try to replace with previous version index.html)

I just don't get this mentality from Avaya. They clearly have all but given up properly testing onprem software. If there motives are pushing people to the cloud my question is why would you stay with Avaya when there software has been so terrible? If they think that every customer they push away from onprem will simply go Avaya/RC hosted they are delusional.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

we have some retirement homes with 150+ analog extensions and maybe 20 digital / IP sets
they will NEVER go hosted if it costs them $10-$40 per user per month
They will rather invest into a new brand of system as long as they can keep all analog phones in the rooms.
The same with some manufacturing facilities that have analog sets all over the plant that are used once or twice a month to make an internal call or every so often to call 911.

Ridiculous to write these customers off.

We all know there is a place for hosted but forcing your customers that have on-prem systems basically to go to another brand of phone system seems not a good long term strategy.

Patches are still not downloadable, kb.avaya.com: Non-existent domain, sad lol

if someone need this, take old index.html or change the "updated" for the proper refs:
