I have a database in which a customer may have many
Different addresses (000, 001, 002, etc).
When printing addresses, CR seems to pick one of these.
How can I select only address 000 ?

Go into the menu under Report and use Select Expert. Add a new rule using the field that has these address codes in it. Then say the field - is equal to - 000 Ken Hamady

That will only select the records with that address.
I want all records selected for each customer, but in the group footer (since I supress the details), I want to print only the address "000".
I assume there is a formula, but I can't find it.

Sort the details by this field in descending order. The 000 record will be last, and will be the record used by the group footer. Ken Hamady
