all i want to be able to do is display a list of records in a continuous form, customer names for example.

i want the user to be able to check a box against each record then hit a button that says save or whatever and all the records that have been checked i want their values added to a table, mail group name for example. simple stuff. but can i do it???

obviously i dont want an unbound check box on the form because if you check that on one record you check it on all. Nor do i want to add a field to the table that i will constantly have to keep emptying etc.

any other options? its access xp by the way.

A MultiSelect ListBox instead of a continuous subform may suffice.

Hope This Helps, PH.
