select user's dialog

weird question, I am sure someone figured out. Is their a way to change the default select user's dialog back to the old w2k style (with drop down), instead of the current in 03. This feature is very nice when adding multiple users and groups, especially when you don't exactly remember their names!!

Administrative Templates
System
Logon
Always use classic logon
