Select Printer when Printing Report

I have a button that prints a report to the default printer. I'd like to have it open the print "form" (File/Print) where the user can select their printer instead. Some users have Dymo printers as their default. In the DoCmd.OpenReport the acNormal option automatically prints.

I'd like to avoid having it preview first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
