Toll Free numbers are controlled at the provider level. There is not any programming in the switch that will help you find a destination extension for a Toll Free number besides name labeling on a station, hunt-group, trunk-group, vdn, etc. Toll Free numbers are associated with Dialed number identification service (DNIS) digits sent to an incoming trunk-group on your pbx. These DNIS digits can match your pbx dialplan or can be matched, deleted and routed to some other digits that do match your pbx dialplan.
You should be able to get and maintain a list of all your Toll Free numbers and DNIS digits from your provider. DNIS digits are sent on incoming seizure of a trunk-group so the calls are not directly related to any particular port locations or trunk members. If the DNIS digits are not defined in your incoming call handling treatment or dialplan, they will most likely route to default intercept treatment.
If you know the incoming trunk-group for a Toll Free number, the SAT Command: list trace tac xxx
command may help you to see the incoming digits and how the pbx is programmed to route these calls.
A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
