Hi all ,

For the last 2 weeks i was stuck finding the correct way to lock an ACD , it's a current feature on Telephony system , but with ACD queue on CS1K it comes different ,unfortunately i found a great doc that help me so much ... , i personally test it and it works fine.

Tips :

The restriction affect the ADCN of the DN extension and it requires agent to be login in before dialing out on the ACD.

On LD 23 create or change an ACID number ,

LD 23
Req : New
Type: ACD
Cust: XX
ACDN: 9999
....
Hit enter until find the Key word RDNA
RDNA YES (YES will restrict agent from making calls when not logged in)
NO (Enter NO if use of DN is to be allowed without loggin in)
END

In my case i enter Yes.

When creating a new ACD queue :

REQ: New or Chg
TYPE: XXXX
TN : XXX XX XX XX
----
Key 00 acd 9999 0 1234

--
END

The DN key of number 1234 will remain locked until an agent is login in .

Hope this help others.

Thanks !

(NO) Enter NO if use of DN keys is to be allowed
without logging in.
YES Enter YES to restrict agents from making
outgoing calls when not logged in.

Sure !

Thanks !

That's a whole lot different restriction from your original post about SAR and blocking incoming ACD Calls using SAR
